The traffic signal at Mockingbird-Stemmons (IH 35E): a full signal upgrade in District 2 and 6 is being activated May 16th, weather permitting. It will be set to flash for several days to allow drivers to adjust to the signal, and then will be set to regular operation (i.e. red, yellow, and green colors).
