ABOUT

Philip Lang, a Dallas native, graduated with Honors from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business, earning a BBA in Finance. He began his career at Banc of America Securities in the Corporate Real Estate Division before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2003. That year, he founded Texas Land Care, now recognized as a gold standard in large-scale residential landscape projects.

Building on his success, Philip established Lang Real Estate Services, specializing in the creative redevelopment, leasing, and management of Class B infill industrial properties. In 2013, he expanded his portfolio by launching Purtis Creek Farms, a premier tree farm and plant nursery with locations in Eustace and Brownsboro, Texas. Most recently, he founded Everline Roofing, a company dedicated to commercial roofing solutions. Today, his business holdings represent four of Dallas' most distinguished companies in their respective industries.

Philip remains deeply engaged in his professional community. He has served on the Advisory Board for Texas Tech’s Rawls College of Business and is an active Board Member of the Texas Tech Center for Real Estate. He also spent two years as Chairman of the Board for the Stemmons Corridor Business Association, where he continues to serve as a Board Member. Additionally, he is an active member of the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization and a dedicated mentor to many business professionals.

Beyond his career, Philip values balance in life. A strong advocate for health and wellness, he encourages those he mentors to prioritize both mental and physical well-being alongside professional success.  He is an avid cyclist, and his long-standing interest in ranching and horses led to the founding of PML Performance Horses in Weatherford, Texas. He cherishes time with his two children and takes every opportunity to travel when his schedule allows.
