ABOUT
Peter Dale is the owner of PDRE Holdings, a Dallas-based real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing value-add commercial/flex industrial properties. Alongside his ownership of PDRE Holdings, he is a co-founder and principal of VetMor Partners, a veterinary real estate acquisition platform. In previous roles, Pete served as associate general counsel and vice president of Dale Operating Company, a mineral interest acquisition fund, and practiced law as an associate with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld L.L.P, where his practice primarily focused on the formation, management and operation of domestic and international private investment funds. Pete received a B.A., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University before receiving his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern Methodist University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Alison, and their three young children.
