ABOUT
Bob Feldbauer provides strategic oversight for all facilities, real estate and planning, design and construction, off-site property management, security, environmental services, and engineering and project management across Children's Health. This includes overseeing the ongoing development and implementation of an enterprise-wide facilities plan.
A seasoned healthcare leader with global experience spanning more than 30 years, Bob most recently served as System VP, Chief Facilities & Administrative Officer at UC Health in Cincinnati, Ohio. In that role, he was responsible for master planning, design, construction, and engineering for three hospital campuses and 70 ambulatory locations across three states. In addition, he led the development and approval of a 10-year, $1.3 billion facilities master plan at UC Health's flagship UC Medical Center, a 724-bed academic medical center.
Bob's work experience also includes serving as: Chief Operating Officer at Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA), Al Ain Hospital in United Arab Emirates; Executive Project Director for a $2.6B, 400-bed academic and medical research center, Sidra Medical & Research Center in Doha Qatar; the Consulting Practice Leader with Joint Commission Resource among other healthcare leadership roles.
Bob holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool, a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering Management from Syracuse University.
