Bob Storer

Bob Storer joined Market Center Management Co., in September of 2007 as the Vice President of Protective Services where he is responsible for security and transportation efforts for the Dallas Market Center. Storer, a former US Marine, is ASIS International board certified as a CPP (Certified Protection Professional). He has held private sector leadership positions with American Airlines, Mary Kay Inc., and Vulcan Inc. Storer has also provided a wide range of security services and training to several major sports venues and high profile personalities. Mr. Storer is currently licensed by the Texas DPS Security Bureau, and his professional organization affiliations include ASIS International, OSAC (Overseas Security Advisory Council), FBI Citizen’s Academy, and the North Texas Crime Commission.

Bill McMahan

Bill McMahan is a Director with Crow Holdings. Crow Holdings was formed in 1987 as a family office to own and manage the capital of the Trammell Crow family. Today, Crow Family Holdings maintains a substantial stake in the ownership of various signature properties, with varying levels of management.The company’s signature properties include the Old Parkland Campus, the Anatole Hotel and Dallas Market Center – all located in Dallas – as well as the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, LA and the International Trade Mart in Brussels, Belgium.

Sandra Owens

Sandra Owens is the Senior Vice President of Carlisle Interests, Inc. a real estate development firm in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Carlisle manages over sixty properties owned by Prescott Interests, Ltd, and/or its affiliates and it focuses on retail and office/showroom/warehouse developments. Ms. Owens manages new developments and the remodel of existing or newly acquired properties. In addition to development, she also handles the closings of all purchases, sales and loans and oversees the management of the properties. Ms. Owens began her real estate career in 1983 working for Carlisle Property Company (n/k/a Carlisle Interests, Inc.) She left Carlisle in 1989 to pursue other opportunities, including disposition of assets for the RTC with JE Robert Companies and management of assets for independent investors. In 1994 Ms. Owens started Grace Realty Corporation, which specialized in the sale of Multi-Family properties. At the same time, she did asset evaluation contract work for CS First Boston and loan management for Carlisle Interests, Inc. She returned to Carlisle Interests, Inc. full time in 2003 and continues her career there to date. Ms. Owens has a Master of Business Administration from SMU and a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. In addition to acting as a Board member for SCBA, Ms. Owens volunteers for CASA to help children who have been removed from their homes. Ms. Owens is a single parent of a 22 year-old daughter who now lives in New York. She has lived in Dallas since 1981. Prior to living in Dallas, she lived in numerous cities throughout the United States and other countries.

Gabriela Gilmore
Executive Director
Gabriela joined the Stemmons Corridor Business Association (SCBA) in January of 2009 and currently serves as the organization's Executive Director. Her responsibilities include membership outreach to both current and potential new members, coordination of monthly events such as public safety meetings, Board of Director's meetings and other membership meetings as well as planning the SCBA Annual meeting held in the fall. She is also charged with managing the SCBA website and creating a monthly Corridor Connection, SCBA's e-newsletter. Gabriela was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and grew up in Baton Rouge, LA where she attended Louisiana State University and earned a bachelor's degree in Management. Since moving to Dallas in 2004, she has held positions at CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and Wendy Krispin Caterer. Gabriela and her husband, Matt, were married in October of 2008 and are members of Highland Park United Methodist Church.
