SCBA Public Safety Luncheon: Dallas Police Bait Car Program

What?

SCBA invites you to our public safety luncheon to learn more about the Dallas Police Bait Car Program.  Burglary of motor vehicles (BMVs) has plagued the Stemmons Corridor for many years but with the use of bait cars by Dallas Police, the Corridor has seen periods of improvement through the years.  Our speaker Emily Davis is employed by Dallas Police and serves as the supervisor 3 over Operational Technology. Guests will learn about how the bait car program is managed and learn more about the technology involved and see actual footage of suspects caught in the act of stealing the bait cars.
