Brett Krafft, CMP, was appointed Hotel Manager at the iconic Hilton Anatole Hotel in September of 2014 after celebrating 30+ years of work history at the hotel under Loews, Wyndham, and Hilton Management. Brett is responsible for the daily operations of the hotel, capital projects, budget preparation, team member relations and guest experience. He recently assisted in overseeing the completion of JadeWaters, the Hilton Anatole Hotel’s new-build resort pool complex designed to increase leisure business in the summer months.

Prior to his current position, he served as the hotel’s Director of Events and was directly responsible for managing the Catering and Events teams, producing over $35M in revenue annually. In addition to the food & beverage revenue, the combined departments produce an additional $10M in other revenue for the hotel. Prior to Director of Events, he served as the hotel’s Director of Catering for 9 successful years, producing the largest social galas in Dallas. He got his start with the hotel working in various operating positions.

Brett is a current member of the Hilton Anatole Executive Committee, Restaurant Chairman for the Dallas “Zoo to Do” Event since 2000, and a former member of the 2004-2008 Dallas Zoo Board. He is also a former member of the 2011-2016 Convention Industry Council – APEX SRC Board and the 2006 Dallas MPI Host Committee.

Brett and his wife of 27 years, Karla, have two sons - Chase and Bryce. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing, golfing and skiing.
